It's coming on 2017!

A ton of stuff has happened over the past couple decades .

I think I am probably best known by my acting debut with
John Ritter in "Skin Deep" or more than likely, as "ZAP" from the television show,
"American Gladiators."

My life is an open book thanks to the internet.

But here is where the truth be told of from childhood til present time.

I have had experience in powerlifting, bodybuilding, fitness shows and then there are movie and television stints.

(I think).
